We like to make your life easy, so simply follow the step by step guide below to reinstate your subscription.
- Log into your account, you can access our login page by Clicking Here!
- After successfully logging in, a pop-up will appear titled 'Account is Currently Suspended'.
- To reinstate your account, simply click 'Resume Subscription'. Your account will then be reactivated.
- Your next payment date is the payment date will be the same as your payment date before your subscription was cancelled. You can view this under the 'My Orders' tab.
- You can only reinstate your subscription up to 10 months after cancelling your account. If it has been more than 10 months you will need to set up a new account.
