We like to make your life easy, so simply follow the step by step guide below to reinstate your subscription. 

    1. Log into your account, you can access our login page by  Clicking Here!
    2. After successfully logging in, a pop-up will appear titled 'Account is Currently Suspended'. 
    3. To reinstate your account, simply click 'Resume Subscription'. Your account will then be reactivated. 
    4. Your next payment date is the payment date will be the same as your payment date before your subscription was cancelled. You can view this under the 'My Orders' tab.
    5. You can only reinstate your subscription up to 10 months after cancelling your account. If it has been more than 10 months you will need to set up a new account.
