In order to get a refund, your item must be returned to us. The only exception for this is if the pack is missing in post or has arrive faulty.
Refunds are made within 14 days from the day we receive the goods back from you. Refund process times are subject to your payment method. If paid by card, the refund will be subject to standard bank clearing times and can take up to 7 working days to show back in your account once we have issued this. If you have paid by PayPal, this refund should show back in your PayPal account within 48 hours.
In the instance you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us on email@example.com with proof of postage from your return. Our team can then ensure this has been processed for you.
