How do I remove a product from my subscription?

We like to make your life easy, so simply follow the step by step guide below to remove a product from your subscription. 

  1. Log into your account, you can access our login page by  Clicking Here!
  2. You will then be brought to your home dashboard with your pets' names. Select the pet who's pack you wish to remove the item from.
  3. Once you have selected your pet, scroll down to 'Pet's Profile'. From here, you will need to click Screenshot_2021-02-26_at_11.56.14.png which will bring you to a new page of your pet's profile.
  4. You will then need to scroll down to the 'Subscription' section and locate the item you wish to remove. Once the item has been located, select 'Cancel subscription' to remove the item.
  5. A pop-up box will appear for confirmation that you wish to remove a subscription item. Click 'Confirm' and the item will be permanently removed from your subscription. You can add it again any time you need.
  6. If you refresh the page, the item will no longer be under the 'subscription' box. You can also check this under the my orders tab.
