We like to make your life easy, so simply follow the step by step guide below to check your future orders.
- Log into your account, you can access our login page by Clicking Here!
- This will bring your Itch Account Area page. Once here, click the "Upcoming Deliveries" button. This will show all future orders you have with Itch. The 'charge date' is when your next payment will be taken, and where it says 'next order due' is when we expect your order to arrive by.
- Please be advised, the 'delivery date' is when we will try and get your pack to you, but this is just an estimate. We ask that you always allow up to 6 working days for all packs to arrive.
- In the rare instance that your pack does not arrive within this time frame, please do contact us on hello@itchpet.com and our team will be able to investigate this for you.
- Payment will always be taken 4 days prior to your chosen delivery date. If you need to change this at all, you can follow our guide here.
