When is my next order due?

Log into your account, you can access our login page by Clicking Here!

After successfully logging in, this will bring you to your dashboard homepage.

Once here, click the "Upcoming Deliveries" button. This will show all future orders you have with Itch. The 'charge date' is when your next payment will be taken, and where it says 'next order due' is when we expect your order to arrive by.

Please be advised, the 'delivery date' is when we will try and get your pack to you, but this is just an estimate. We ask that you always allow up to 5 working days for all packs to arrive.

In the rare occasion that your pack hasn't arrived in over 5 working days, we would love to investigate this for you. Please contact our customer service team on hello@itchpet.com or by dialling: 020 3370 0905 on the dog and bone, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00.

Payment will always be taken 4 days prior to your chosen delivery date. If you need to change this at all please get in touch.
