My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

We're very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. We always want to make sure your packs arrive safely and on time, so that you never forget to treat your pet!

We would always advise that you allow up to 5 working days from the date stated on your dispatch email. However, in the rare occasion that it has been over this time frame, we would recommend contacting us on or 020 3370 0905 between 08:00 - 16:00  Monday to Friday, so that our team can investigate this for you.

If you have received part of your order, but some items are still missing, please be advised that this will usually catch up within a couple of days. We ask that you allow the full 5 working days for the missing treatments to arrive. If this goes over the time frame, please contact us so that we can get this sorted for you.
