Can I cancel my order?

If an order has already had payment taken, we may still be able to cancel this for you. To do so, please contact our team of flea fanatics by dialling: 020 3370 0905 on the dog and bone, or email hello@itchpet.com.

We know that life can throw you curveballs, and you may also need to take a break from your subscription any time. Subscriptions can be paused for up to 3 months.

Please note that our opening times are 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday. We will do our best to reply to your cancellation request as soon as possible.
