We like to make your life easy, so simply follow the step by step guide below to update your expected delivery date.

    1. Log into your account, you can access our login page by Clicking Here!
    2. After successfully logging in, this will bring you to your dashboard homepage.
    3. If you scroll down to below your pet names, there will be a box to say 'Next Delivery Due', with a date listen when your next order is expected to arrive. 
    4. To change this, clickScreenshot_2021-02-27_at_10.50.15.png. This will bring up a drop down menu where you can select the date you want your treatment to arrive on or around. You will need to select Screenshot_2021-02-27_at_10.51.15.png to apply this change to your account.
    5. Once this has changed, we will always aim to get your pack to your furry friend on time. However, please be advised that it may take up to 5 working days to arrive from your dispatch notification. Payment will also be taken 4 days prior to your chosen delivery date.
    6. You can check the charge dates and future order dates through the my orders tab. 
    7. In the rare occasion that your pack hasn't arrived in over 5 working days, we would love to investigate this for you. Please contact our customer service team on hello@itchpet.com or by dialling 020 3370 0905 on the dog and bone.
