I've received a subscription box with the wrong name, what should I do?

We're very sorry that you have received the wrong name on your pet's pack. We would love to get this rectified for you as soon as possible. It is most likely that the labels have had a small mix-up, so we would advise checking that you have received the items you expected in your order, which can be found here.
