Yes, you can use the web browser version of the app. All you have to do is follow these simple steps:
1. Register with FirstVet
Click here to get started. Click 'Sign up with email' and use the same email address and mobile phone number you use for Itch.
2. Add your pet
From the home screen, click ‘Add a pet’ - this section should already be populated with your pet's details.
3. Book a video consultation
Select your pet, describe their symptoms and choose a time that suits you. You can upload pictures prior to the call if it will make it easier for the vet to assess your pet.
4. Video call your Vet
FirstVet will send you a text message just before your call with the vet is scheduled to start. When it is time for your consultation to begin, you can enter the waiting room.
5. Get treatment recommendations or referral to a local vet clinic
FirstVet vets can help you solve your pet's health issues through simple at-home treatment recommendations. If your pet needs further treatment in a physical veterinary clinic we can help you find the best one in your area, and provide detailed clinical notes as part of the referral.
6. Access your details
Click on your name in the top left corner of the home screen to access the options menu. Here you'll find your pet's details, your upcoming and past consultations and FirstVet's customer service contact details.
