Itch Video Vet is only available if you have an active Itch subscription. Unfortunately, if you pause or cancel your itch subscription you will lose access to Itch Video Vet. You can still book a video call with FirstVet, our partner, but it will cost £24-36 per call. Being part of the Itch pack means your pet is protected against pesky parasites, and you can sleep easy knowing you have free, unlimited, 24/7 access to vet advice.
