Unfortunately we are unable to provide prescriptions, but the good news is that more than 2 out of 3 cases are solved via video call with no need for a prescription.

Following your consultation, if our vet's assessment is that your pet might require a prescription, you will be referred to your local vet with a full medical record of the consultation as well as a suggested treatment approach. This is in order for your pet to get the best possible care and minimise the risk of unnecessary prescription drug treatments.
