There are items missing from my order, what should I do?

We're very sorry to hear that you have not received items that you were expecting in your order. We would like to investigate this and see what has happened here. We would suggest contacting a member of our Customer Service team by emailing on or dialling 020 3370 0905 on the dog and bone! 

You can check the details of each order and what was expected to arrive under the my orders tab. This will also help us verify what was in this month's order.
