We like to make your life easy, so simply follow the step by step guide below to update your expected delivery date.

    1. Log into your account, you can access our login page by Clicking Here!
    2. After successfully logging in, this will bring you to your dashboard homepage.
    3. Click, "Upcoming Deliveries", once there click "Skip/ Move order". 
    4. On this page, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. You can also bring your order closer by clicking "I'd like it sooner" and selecting your estimated delivery date. Or you can hold off on your delivery for a little while by selecting "I'd like to push it back" and selecting your estimated delivery date. 
    5. Once this has changed, we will always aim to get your pack to your furry friend on time. However, please be advised that it may take up to 5 working days to arrive from your dispatch notification. Payment will also be taken 4 days prior to your chosen delivery date.
    6. In the rare occasion that your pack hasn't arrived in over 5 working days, we would love to investigate this for you. Please contact our customer service team on hello@itchpet.com or by dialling: 020 3370 0905 on the dog and bone, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00.
